How to Download Your Digital Products

Step 1: Check Your Email
As soon as you purchase a digital product, such as an eBook, design template, or software tool, the first thing you need to do is check your email. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a message like “Thank you for your purchase!” Inside, you’ll find a link to access your product. Sometimes, the email may end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t see it right away.

Step 2: Click the Download Link
Once you’ve located the email, click on the link that says “Download” or “Access Your Purchase.” This link will take you to a secure location where you can retrieve your digital product from Google Drive or iCloud.

Step 3: Save to Your Device
After clicking the link, you’ll be redirected to a webpage where you’ll see an option to “Download” or “Save” the file. Click that option, and choose a location on your device to save the file. It’s a good idea to save it somewhere easy to find, like your desktop or a designated downloads folder.

Step 4: Open Your Download
Navigate to the folder where you saved the file and open it to check everything is in order. If the file is a ZIP file (a bundle of files compressed into one), you may need to right-click it and select “Extract” to access all the contents inside.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Product!
